JLL wanted to showcase their new offices at Capita Spring in Singapore. Where beautiful design, technology and sustainable features come together in an amazing space.
THE PROBLEM
As a leading provider of real estate services, Capita Spring, their latest Singapore office is the pinnacle of all that JLL has to offer their clients.
JLL wanted to lead by example, to showcase this new office space as an aspirational blend of design, prop-tech, sustainability features and hybrid working opportunities.
In order for the video to work as an aspirational showpiece, it needed to have an elevated feel and be clearly of a different calibre than a standard office video.
CONCEPT
In order to achieve the elevated feel to the video, we wanted to do more than simply "shoot the space". We wanted to see that spaces being used as intended by actual JLL staff members.
Every shot was staged and taken from multiple angles with almost no static shots to create a more cinematic feel to the production.
Natural staff interactions were interspersed with dramatic architectural shots and calmer moments of green spaces and bioflora.
The result is an aspirational office that feels like the ultimate place to work.
RESULTS
The Capita Spring video is one of our favourite JLL videos (having made more than 60 videos for the brand to date).
We have been asked to provide the footage to multiple JLL offices, where it has been used in showcases and client pitches in USA, Australia and SE Asia.
